New Patients
As a new patient, you will be assessed at your initial consultation. In order to make a full and accurate assessment, details of your medical history will be recorded and any conditions for which you are receiving or have received treatment for will be noted.
You should bring to your initial appointment a complete list of all medication whether prescribed or non- prescribed.
You will be given a diagnosis of your problem(s) and a treatment plan will be explained in detail.
If you have a condition or require treatment that the practice cannot provide, then with your permission a referral may be made to a specialist for further treatment either direct or via your GP.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Cancelling appointments or failing to attend booked appointments will incur the full cost of your appointment if 24 hours notice is not given.
